These were shot in the desert near Hoover dam.
I swear this car turns more heads that the **** Saleen does. It is a MAGNET. Unbelievable the attention it draws. I enjoyed every second of. I got all kinds of thumbs up in it. Well worth it, even with Nevada 19.75% rental car tax.

Rather than re-type it, I'll link in what I wrote about it on z06vette.com (4th reply is the review)

Some humility and props for the Mustang from the Vette owners - nice of them to do that. A lot of other forums have jumped on the Ford-bashing bandwagon recently. Nice write-up Eric.

Cool...thanks for the link to your informative writeup.
By the way--that throttle lag/slow downshift you described can be fixed with a good tune :)

Hey Eric, I am sorry I am jumping in on this late. I just got back from a meeting in Charlotte.
It looks like you are ready to dive into a new Shelby GT. I have read many reviewers that feel the same as you. I've gotta find a good reason to rent one.

Sounds like a good time. Nice to see the 'vette owners not bashing the GT-H.
BTW, the traction control can be disabled, the switch is behind the blank plate where the normal button would be. Just pop the blank out and there it is.

Wow nice eval. I actually understood it in a real world sense. Wasn't like the magazine's fluffed review.
