View Full Version : Local Shop to do LeMans Striping & Hood Scoop ??

Greetings new friends,

I have a 2006 Mustang and I would like to get some LeMans stripes (tape is OK) and a hood scoop added in the near future.

Can anyone suggest a GOOD local shop that might be able to do one or both? I live in Durham, but would be willing to travel a little ways to deal with an honest shop that does great work.

So far I have not had any luck with randomly calling local paint shops or University Ford. Also, I was NOT impressed with the sales staffs at Crossroads or Capital, so I wouldn't care to give THEM any money in this deal.

A place called Paragon in Raleigh is a great place. 919-661-9696 Or go to a sign shop, buy some vinyl and do it yourself. I did it on my previous car, not too hard. :)

I bought my car from Capital, and arranged for this guy, Trey, to do my stripes, a week later...It took him 6-hours to do mine from front to back... You can go here to see before and after pics http://stangs.thedreams.net/main.php?g2_itemId=462.

Unfortunately, I don't have his card any more. I gave it to one of the guys in the club, but we probably can get his number. AND he doesn't work for Capital... :splat:

Try Garner Collision.
They've done work for me and I was very satisfied.
