Well when I read that ad yesterday I was thinking to myself.......Low flood, high flood, what's difference in the amount of water it was still flooded. As I was once told by a doctor you can drown on a teaspoon of water, so I don't think you probably need a whole lake to drown a car for it to be considered flooded.

But who am I to say?
