Well, I have decided Nitrous over the supercharger. Would be nice to have a blower, but with my 2 week old daughter , my wife would approve about 5-7 hundred as opposed to 4-5 thousand. Question is, what brand is best, wet or dry, and how much shot? Mods are Flowmaster Delta 40 series, and a K&N air charger kit. Automatic with 300 miles on it. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks, Joe

There are a couple of people spraying here, hopefully they will speak up.

I have had Nitrous Express on my 1994 GT for about 5-6 years and used it very rarely.(2-3 track times a year and a couple of times on back roads.) I will have to say that after seeing and ridding in cars with other kits, I truly "love" Nitrous Express. I run a very consevative 100 shot and it put down an additional 105 hp and 145 tq. to the wheels. Most other kits give you flywheel hp while NX gives real rear wheel hp. They also have a neat remote bottle openner if you can get it to work properly. The key factor for any set up is to give it enough fuel and fire. (a good rev limiter is also a plus until you get used to the shifting of your new found power.

My stock rev limiter is 6K right now. I was planning on a 100 shot with the dry system ( press the little button deal). That should be enough I think. I want to also have the nitrous gauge on the bottle and also one in the dash. What gauge goes in the dash, I forgot?

Get a NX kit (wet). If it were me I would get a WOT switch and a Window switch. Set the window switch from 3200 to 500rpms before your redline. Dont get a dry system.

Doing this will ONLY spray the nitrous when your full throttle and ONLY between those rpms.

You also would want to get a fuel safety "shut off" switch a **** down tube on your bottle (I think it comes w/ one) This is if your bottle builds to much pressure 1250+ etc.. Bottle warmer would be good also w/ a purge.

I would personally stay away from the stuff and save for the superchager... upgrade those gears and work on getting it ready for all those horses...

Def go with a WOT switch and fuel pressure safety switch. Both are like 15 bucks. I would also go with a window switch, epecially if you have a manual trans. I have the MSD #8969 (digital one) it works well and is a nice clean install. I put mine in the glove box. I too run NX and have had no complaints.
