No.... this is not a victoria's secret reference....

looks pretty slick. Since my new Mustang will be driven daily around the triangle (horror!!!!) - Im contemplating some extra protection.
I searched the forum - but found no other references- so apologies if this has been discussed to death already.
Thanks!!

As does Repps and Greystang. I find that the darker colors tend to show the lines more, the mineral greys and silver hide it well. It appears to do a graet job of protecting it. My film was made by Llumar and put on by the The Tint Shop in Clayton ( club member Tintman ). If you would like to see it, PM me and I can arrainge to meet you somewhere. What color car do you have?

Black. :-(
Safe to assume this is the WORST? lol.
'stang only has 400 miles on it and I'd love to find a way to protect its current state as best I can. However, a 20 mile roundtrip commute and once a week to Greensboro seems like just a matter of time....
Getting on 40/85 - I feel like I'm navigating an asteroid field of garbage some days!
Guess the other option is a tradional removable bra- but Ive seen mixed feedback on their effects on finish too.

Yup .... last I checked, they don't come darker.
If you are anal about keeping it clean, you might get better results than I have, but any dust/ dirt shows on mine right at all of the seams. It is most visible on the hood seam, not so much the others.

Id like to take you up on the offer to see yours....
btw- I was qotes $375 (325 + $50 for the install) for the hood/fender/mirrors kit and another $395 ($345 + 50 install) to buy/install the bumper kit (from xpel). Seems high since I can buy the material for $250 total for both from ebay....
How does that compare to yours?

Did some research and the Llumar looks to be a bit more "invisible" - but they list the closest dealer in VA? I searched for "Tintman" here and didnt find anything....
Thanks

I have the 3M stuff on the front bumper of my BMW. You can tell it is there (more so on the bimmer because it doesn't come loaded with orange peel), but only when you are right at it. Stuff just wipes right of it. I don't think it would protect as much as a regular bra from a flying stone launched from a truck tire, but for normal bugs/sand, etc, it works fine.
