All, I received the following e-mail on their car show. I think a few folks were looking at going to this. I do not know any more than what is listed below. Please send questions to their e-mail below.

Hello, This is Carolyn Mashburn, Vice President with Blue Ridge Mustang Club of Asheville.

Hope to see you all at our National this year. Our registration form is on our web site. The registration form does not come in the Mustang Times until March 1st. If you have anyone coming to our show, I would suggest to have them download the form now and mail it in TOMORROW, as our spaces are VERY FAST! Our club email address is www.brmcoa.org (http://www.brmcoa.org/). Once you have brought up our web site you will see where to download the registration form. Skip the first page.

If you have any questions, please let me know,

Thanks,

Carolyn Mashburn

THEY ARE SOLD OUT!

Thank you Mustang enthusiasts for selling out the Mustangs at the Mansion national show. All 400 spaces sold out in 15 days!

We are taking a waiting list as there is a possibility that we may obtain additional parking from the Biltmore. We will still accept registrations for a waiting list and will take them in the order that they are received. We will not cash your check, but will confirm that we received your registration and by the 15th of April, we will know if any additional spaces have been opened up for those on the list.

In the event that we cannot obtain those additional spaces, we will mail your check back to you before the end of April.,

The Biltmore has agreed to permit 'registered' spectators for our show. If you wish to visit the house, the winery, etc, attend the Friday and Saturday night private dinners and concerts (on the estate), and enjoy the car show we will have a registration form available on our website the first of April and in Mustang Times in the May issue.

The registered spectator MUST purchase the Biltmore tickets in order to attend the show and the events. You may purchase JUST the Biltmore tickets or add the Friday or Saturday night private dinners and concerts and even pre purchase the event t-shirts. As a registered spectator your Biltmore tickets will be good for 4 days (Friday the 3rd through Monday the 6th). The cost of the Biltmore tickets are $30 per person. The Friday night dinner and concert is $40 per person and the Saturday night dinner and concert is $30 per person.

Please visit our website the first of April for the registered spectator registration form.

Thank you!

The wife decided last night she and the baby would not being going to the MCA Show in Ashville Labor Day weekend. The little one is 15 months old and the wife is 7 1/2 months pregnant with our second child. She said it would just be to much walking and keeping up with Kerrington to have fun at the show.

That being said, I have an extra $30 ticket for the Biltmore Estate for all three show days Sept. 3rd, 4th and 5th. This ticket will allow you unlimited access to the estate during the show hours.

I also have a hotel room reserved for the nights of the 3rd, 4th and 5th. of Sept. The room is a suite with a queen bed, pull out sofa, sitting room and full kitchen. The hotel is located 1 mile from the entrance of the Biltmore. I would be willing to share this room with someone in the club for the weekend. I may cancel the room reservation for Sunday night if it not needed. The room would cost you $60 a night, which is less than half of the full price of the room.

If any would would like to join me, maybe we can ride together a save a little on the cost of gas.

(Mustangs at the Mansion National Show) I had a good time but, I heard about alot of issues people encountered with the show, traffic and Biltmore staff. I think the estate was overwhelmed with the number of people trying to enter the property. I believe this event was a logistical nightmare for the host club and it showed. I will say if BRMC host another national show I will be their.
