I only wish I could have convinced him to turn the boost up a little more on the capri before cruising back to Florence, S.C.

I talked to him today and he found out what the problem was with the back wheel. It was not put on properly. He removed it, reinstalled it, torqued it down, and all of the wobble was gone.

I just talked to my nephew today with the capri. On his way home he found out that his fuel filter was dirty. After changing it and adding 300 pounds and himself to the hatch area, he got 711 hp and 719 tq. with the only change being a new fuel filter. Now finally got his 700+ dyno sheet with only 15 pounds of boost. That was his goal.

I'll bet you can feel THAT in your chest! It's stuff like that that make me interested in a low boost turbo set-up for my stock long block. I know I wouldn't get 700+hp out of it but it sure would be interesting.

I know 5.0 motors with a nice turbo single setup can get 500-600 easy after 500hp on the block its a time bomb

I just put my old Snow water methanol kit on the Capri. I haven't been back to a dyno yet but it seems to pull a little harder up top under boost. The best thing is pump gas with boost no Knock!
