When I first heard the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, it was when Brianna showed me the clip on the NET and the BUD commercial (the House with christmas lights "dancing" in sync with the sounds). Brianna asked if we can go to one of their Christmas concerts, I was hesistant if I'm going to like it or even want to see them in concert, just because I don't listen to them...

Well after awhile, I'm glad I finally agreed. Of course, the show in Raleigh was pretty booked by then, and we couldn't get any decent seats...But Monica found good seats (Floor Center - Row 17) in the Colonial Center in Columbia, SC, for today's concert.

The concert started 1/2 late, but they played for 2 1/2 hours straight!!!
Except for one part of the show (the solo with the acoustic guitar), the sounds, light show, drum solo, keyboard duels, and the lead guitars were AWESOME! It was worth the 6-hr round trip drive.

This is one Christmas concert you must see atleast once! It's an all age Christmas Rock concert!

Next year when they come back to Raleigh, we'll definitely seem them again. And maybe bring the in-laws with us... :hand:

They're just phenomenal!

This might be a good club event in December 08. :wink5:

We have a few pictures taken by Monica's cell:

I can't even begin to express how awesome they were in concert!! This was Brianna's first "concert", I couldn't have been happier and we will remember this forever~

Oh yeah, they even had "snow" falling at certain times, it was just incredible!

What a way to start the holiday!

It really brought out the true spirit of Christmas in all of us!

They rocked!! :emotions15:

Oh yeah, we can lead this one... Cruise to Columbia, SC, watch the show, and cruise back... :) Or just go to Raleigh... :)
