COBRA COMMANDER

Here is a good funny family movie. I don’t think this is your typical Steve Carell funny man movie as he plays a father and has adult issues to over come. The movie is well written but very predictable.
Juliette Binoche plays girlfriend of Steve’s brother. She is a talented actress and the first time I’ve seen her in a comedy and delivers as well. Dane Cook who plays the lead in Good Luck Chuck, is nearly as annoying in this movie.
The characters are loveable and the situation comedy makes this an enjoyable and family friendly movie.
I give it a 4 out of 5.
Synopsis:
“A widower and father of three who also writes a parenting advice column for his local newspaper falls for the girlfriend of his younger brother during a family vacation in director Peter Hedges' offbeat love triangle laugher. Steve Carell stars as the writer who finds his widely-known convictions put to the ultimate test, with Dane Cook and Juliette Binoche respectively assuming the roles of the younger sibling and his radiant girlfriend.”
