I've been meaning to post these up for some time, but with the site being down last week, it slipped my mind. Anyway, enjoy and feel free to share your thoughts.

How did they get from the 30K sticker to the 39k + 10k mark up?

It is sharp looking.

Beautiful car, but the current "market" doesn't allow an "adjustment" of this kind for Ford Motor Company. They should have a chat with this dealer. Buy a Shelby for this money.

I still wish they would have keep the GT-H hood and had some more wheel options. I do this view this as more of a "true" shelby than the GT-500. I'm just not sure if the 9k surcharge for Shelby Amercia to install a hood scoop, wheels, billet grill, hood pins and the FRPP handling/power packs are worth it though.

Although I don't like the idea of "market adjustments", if people are willing pay it I would consider tacking it on too. On a side note, Ford has no control over the adjustments, its a dealer thing.

Overpriced at $39K, absurd at $49K. Dealer mark-up is the last thing Ford needs right now.

Like the car, but for the money I'd rather buy a stock GT and make my own and include the GT-H hood. Like many of you I really like that hood as well.

Those are my photos.

I have to agree with everyone on the price. I believe that you can get the GT-H hood as an option if you were to order it. The $10K markup on top of a heafty price to begin with kills me. You have to appreciate a dealership who is willing to sell more of them at sticker value than to try and kill you on selling one or two.

I am SOOOOOOO glad I got my '04. More hp, just as limited, under sticker, and NO gas guzzler tax like on the Shelby GT. $1000 down the tubes!

Nice color, sharp looking, I dont know, maybe it's just seeing a sticker saying "Market Adjustment.......$10,000" Kinda like feels like someone just sucker punching you in the Kidneys. Maybe if they never actually put that on the tag, I dont know maybe it wouldn't feel so much as a cruel sick joke, but call me wrong or paranoid, just feels like they are taking advantage of their consumers, trying to bleed their pockets dry becuase they can.

Kinda feels like when you saw a PS3 on Ebay going for $10,000. Just leaves a sick taste in your mouth.
