Bridge to Terabithia

[COBRA COMMANDER]

This is more of a family/kids movie. Lots of good messages being tossed out there on this one. Kids will probably find that it is cool to use your imagination and not so cool to treat other kids poorly. This movie doesn't really move quick and may put some to sleep, but it has a point to stir your emotions. The acting was good, mostly done by kids. I have to say I enjoyed the movie but this is one of those movies that probably will get missed by the mainstream movie goer.

If you have kids and are tired of seeing cartoony movies, then this might be a good one to take the family. Kids 10 and over will do ok with this one. Any younger and the movie may not keep the interest of the viewer.

I agree! I was totally unprepared for what happens, not too mention having to "explain" things after!

Oh ya. I was completely caught off guard as well. And the whole "damned to hell" discussion came about, I could just feel people sinking into their seats. I guess I should have mentioned it, but it is hard as it really gives the twist in the story away.

I don't think we have given too much away, just alluded to a lot. And like I said, it was a GREAT movie, but I like movies where the hero blows stuff up and ends up with the girl. Obviously, this was not one of them.
