Seatbelts

My new saleen arrived today via the trucking service (what a mess, but that's another story) and when I had my wife get into the car to go for a ride she noticed that the passenger side seatbelt doesn't work. It won't come out at all no matter what you do (I messed with it for a half hour, but nothing). Does anyone have any suggestions or do I need to take it to the dealer?

I had the same issue with my 07. Run it back to the dealer and fixed it in 30min.
