Sharon and I have an '06 500, we love it, its much bigger than the Tarus and is a full level above the older Tarus's, we owned two a 1997 and a 2000 both were very good cars and we liked them and would have bought another in '06 but there weren't any so we got the 500. The 500 is more like the Crown Vic. as far as size and ride go, it realy is a great car. If I could have Ford change anything on it I would like to get it in a V-8,but Ford only offers a V-6... the V-6 is ok but more Horse Power would be better.

Just my Two Cents worth and yes we call the 500 Silvia, I always named my cars!

I was looking at the 500 in 05, but never made it past the Mustangs. Nice car in my opinion.

If the SHO wasn't so hard at finding parts for, I'd have kept it. But because I travel so much for my 2 volleyball teams a change was needed; especially since I was driving the Mustang more than the SHO. So in came the Escape. I do like the 500 and I'm still looking for a nice sedan to drive. I must admit though, Nissan's G35 is a looker (1st import I actually wouldn't mind having).
