Current body style. Funny thing is that Brian and I were saying last year how Austraila had the 4V 390hp NA motor in their "Falcon" and yet we couldn't seem to get the same motor here in anything. Glad to see they are bringing here for a Mustang.

Great News. I loved my 2001 Bullitt, this body style should look even better as one if they do it correctly.

It might just be me, but after reading all of the "road racing" in the link, I got the feeling that this would have made a better Boss. I guess it could just be a starting point for Boss though.

It should be an 08.5 model. and according to the site will only be availble in black and highland green. though im not sure if it will be dark highland green or just highland green. Kinda disapointing to see the true numbers on the car but i would have thought the same thing when the 01 came out but i am as happy as happy can be with my bullitt

You are exactly correct about the hp. I read it in one of my 3 car mags. I remember discussing this with one of the club members and we thought the bean counters decided to do this to save money. I would love to know the reason for the reducing the hp.

I would love to know the reason for the reducing the hp. i personly think they are trying to justify the shelby gts sticker price and by making a bullitt with more hp for less money nobody will want the shelby gt(not the shelby cobra).

Bean counters is exactly what it is IMO.

Regardless, very disappointing specs on the car. It amounts to some green paint and not much else (and the dealers will no doubt still want a fortune for them).
