[COBRA COMMANDER]

Anyone here watching 24? Anyone else shocked at how this story line has gone?

Looks like another exciting season of Jack not eating or sleeping!

Love it and hooked on it. Too bad he shot Curtis. Also, the "office relationships" (Chloe/Miles, etc.) are a little weird. The only thing that irks me is that a lot of the outdoor action scenes happen and there is absolutely no one around (cops, kids, people walking around)- like the missile attack on Assad's house and the storming of that kid's house when Ahmed was there. Jack is also able to get across town at 8:30 am in minutes when it really should take hours. The computer/satellite technology is also amazing to me.

Been watching since season 1, I agree there is alot of leeway we as viewers have to give, but don't we always?
So far so good, the story line has moved along pretty fast and already a nuclear explosion (Whats up with that ?)which means it can only get better.
I noticed this season there are not as many Fords, did you notice the Toyota, was that a Hybrid?
Can't wait till next Monday.

My favorite points so far:

When Jack carjacks the guy in the jeep, throws him to the ground, and says "don't get up". Classic.

Curtis, what a waste! There goes the Black Bauer spinoff.

When Dr. Bashir slides the knife into the badguy's knee. That's Cold blooded Jack style right there.

The Nuke doesn't surprise me, they followed the same premise last season at the mall.

I have herd so much about this show,but have never tried to catch an episode, I did however find a website that lets you watch TV Shows, movies, etc. for free w/o downloading anything or ripping anything and I saw 24 on there all the way up to season 6 I'll post a link if anyone else is interested in finding movies and shows on the internet.

I am now convinced that our new president should sport a goatee. Also, I'm pretty sure Jack was immaculately conceived, and then adopted by the farmer from "Babe"

Actually, I think this season is a little obvious: Jack can't win. His dad is Zephram Cockran, right? Clearly, Jack can't find the nukes cause we have to have WWIII and then Jack's dad has to invent warp drive so Kirk can seek out new life and make it with hot alien babes. :tongue: (and frankly, why else would you want to go into space if there aren't any hot alien babes?)

Seriously. I think Peter MacNichol's character is a little too 2-dimensional, but otherwise I'm really liking this season. I honestly didn't know if Jack would shoot Curtis or not. I can't say that about a lot of shows.
